1. Scope

California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended. Depending on the facts, we may be a "business" or another entity type under those laws. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights that apply to you, except as permitted by law (for example, certain loyalty programs may be treated differently only as allowed by statute).

7. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
